Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

  • Orders placed will be processed within 1-4 business days.
  • Once your order has been shipped, a notification including tracking details will be sent to the email provided at the time of order.
  • We will deliver your order within; 2-5 business days (LOCAL), 5-10 business days (REGIONAL), and 5-14 business days (INTERNATIONAL).
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. If you have not received a dispatch notification, please notify us at info@serawild.coffee
  • If you have ordered an item that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
  • All orders are shipped directly from our offices in Kampala. International orders are shipped via ABC shipping company
  • Please note that international orders are subject to duties and taxes. Sera Wild Coffee is not responsible for paying any duties and taxes associated with your shipment.

RETURNS

  • We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS at the moment. We do however accept returns of items purchased at full price in exchange for store credit.
  • Please note that an order can only be canceled before it has been dispatched.

For item(s) to be eligible for return:

  • Item(s) must be unpacked, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Item(s) must have been purchased at full price
  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the packaging provided accompanied by the original receipt.
  • You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.

How to return:

  • Contact us indicating your name, your order number, a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    You will be informed when your return has been received and processed.

For international shipments; all returns must be sent via trackable mail. In case of dispute, we recommend that you retain the proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.
