Like a daily ritual , every Coffee cherry goes through a full organic process before the final coffee bean reaches your cup.

The ripe red cherries are handpicked, pulped, and undergone a natural fermetation process.

Sun dried

Hand washed & Sun dried

The fermented beans are then hand washed. The parchment coffee beans are slowly sun dried to an appropriate moisture level.

At this stage the coffee is milled, and hand roasted with the right temperature to produce your favourite roast before final packaging.

After Roasting, our Roast is well packaged in weight of 500g, and Stored at room temperature not exceeding 30°c, away from sunlight and moisture for ideal long time quality
